- As a self-taught fiber artist, working in a variety of mediums, I have come to fiber art after my retirement as a nurse. My love of art, and the love I had of sketching and painting as a teenager, has come back to me, with cloth as my medium. I am both a long arm quilter and fiber artist, and I hope to expand my work over the coming years.
